By registering for the Birth and Beyond Charity Run 2025, I agree to the following:

1. Participation:
   • I understand that participation is voluntary, and I am physically fit to take part in the event.
   • I will adhere to the event schedule, including T-shirt collection before June 7th, 2025.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
   • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Liability Waiver:
   • I acknowledge that Birth and Beyond is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
   • I will follow all safety instructions and agree to participate at my own risk.
4. Media Consent:
   • I consent to the use of my image, voice, or likeness in event-related photos, videos, or promotional materials.
5. Health & Safety:
   • I understand that a medic will be available on-site for emergencies.
   • I will inform organizers if I have any medical conditions that may impact my participation.
6. Organizer Rights:
   • Birth and Beyond reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or disrupting the event without refund.
7. Event Changes:
   • I understand that the route or event details may change due to unforeseen circumstances, and no refunds will be given for minor changes.
8. Minors:

Participants under 18 years must be accompanied by an authorized parent/guardian who will remain responsible throughout the event.
